To celebrate our new website & the launch of BRILLIANT! we’re throwing a little Spring Fling after party and we’d love for you to come!  

Come hang out after the Kirkwood Spring Fling at 242 Howard for 'The House Show' featuring Micah Dalton and Marshall Ruffin! As a bonus our very own Jonathan Rich will be playing a few songs to open it all up! The party starts at 8:00pm and we will have drinks, dessert, corn hole, and live music! Be sure to bring a blanket & we’ll see you there!

Kirkwood Spring Fling - May 14th!

In three weeks (May 14th!!) Kirkwood Neighborhood Group is throwing the biggest Kirkwood event all year - The Kirkwood Spring Fling at Bessie Branham Park! The first Spring Fling was established in 2002 as a neighborhood social event and now has developed into an amazing fundraiser to go towards the community.

This year they have a lot of events planned including a BBQ cookoff!! Do you have a killer BBQ recipe? A secret family recipe? This might be just the event for you to show off your amazing BBQ skills and potentially win a prize! Make sure to get your entry in before May 8th!

In addition to the BBQ cook off there is a Tour of Homes, a 5k run, food, and drinks, and Live music! Some of the vendors that will be represented are Atomic Ice-cream sandwich, King Of Pops, Taproom Coffee, The Pup Truck, Various artists, musicians and more!

Basically this is going to be a killer event that you want to be a part of! Check out the Spring Fling website to learn more about registering for the 5k race, tickets for the tour of homes, and tickets for the BBQ cookoff !!

BRILLIANT! Annoucement!

J.Rich Atlanta believes that better is possible & the future is bright in the City of Atlanta.  This belief, and our hope that greatness can serve a greater purpose, has encouraged us to start something new.
 
This past January 1st we began what we hope will be an opportunity for our clients to engage in the stories and work of some amazing people who are doing good in our city and around the world.  Naturally, we’re calling this experience Brilliant! & here is how it works…
 

1. You choose to work with J.Rich Atlanta and we get the amazing privilege of helping you buy or sell a home.
2. Next, we take 10% of J.Rich Atlanta’s revenue & give it to a non-profit partner who is making the world a brighter place to live.
3. Finally, once a quarter, we connect you back to the amazing work we were able to do together with our partners.That’s it...Brilliant!

 
In our first quarter, we partnered with charity:water, an organization that provides clean water solutions all over the world.  We are SO proud to announce that through this partnership, we are building a well in Ethiopia that will provide clean water to over 600 people who have never had access to it before.
