A few months ago we mentioned the excitement behind the new '2nd + Hosea Development'! We are excited about this development for many reasons, one being that this project is completely rejuvenating a corner that has been sitting vacant for years! In the summer, the very first restaurant opened on the corner, The Greater Good BBQ( a now neighborhood favorite!!) ! The building is hardly recognizable since The Greater Good BBQ has completely flipped the space and made it their own.
Only a few months later, the second restaurant in the development, Poor Hendrix, is NOW OPEN! Poor Hendrix is a casual neighborhood restaurant and bar - featuring delicious drinks and unique small plates. They also have a intimate dinner menu, perfect for a date night or special occasion. This revitalized building, that is now the home of Poor Hendrix, will also house a couple new restaurants and potentially a coffee shop!
We are so excited to see this corner become a place of gathering for all the surrounding neighborhoods. We can't wait to see what other amazing spots make this corner their home!
