Every Wednesday, our team drives around together to check in on different renovation projects and listings around the neighborhood. This week, we stopped in at a project on Warren in Kirkwood and to our surprise all the lights were in!

It is amazing how details can truly make a space. When you first walk into this home, you instantly are welcomed by a beautiful shiplap entry/hallway in front of you and an incredible open kitchen/living space slightly to the left. The design details of shiplap and rustic pendants, create a warm and welcoming space. Functional without compromising on style.

The two pendant lights over the island are from Barnhouse Electric, a source we use often for modern barn lights. This company started out as a small shop in Florida and now has grown into a cross country retailer. This company is awesome, definitely worth checking out for any of your rustic lighting needs.

If you continue walking through the kitchen you are lead through the mudroom to the back deck. Through here is one access to the back porch, another being off the master through twobeautiful french doors. The gooseneck pendants that light up the back and side deck are gorgeous and fit perfect in this modern farmhouse styled home.
